What is flexion and extension?

A

Flexion is flexing and decreasing the angle and extension is relaxing and extending or returning back to the normal angle.

Plantar flexion is planting your feet/pointing them and dorsiflexion is bringing them up and decreasing the angle.

Rotation is rotating either lateral or medial.

A

Supination is when your forearm and palm faces up and pronation is when your forearm and palm faces down.
