A type of bone. Are thin or curved more often they are flat.

A type of bone. They do not fit neatly into any other category.
irregular bone
A type of bone. are small bones embedded within certain tendons, the fibrous cord that connects muscle to bones.
Sesamoid bone
A type of bone. Are most commonly found in the feet. They usually occur in the developing bone and do not fuse completely

The tubular shaft of the bone, hallow cylindrical with walls of compact bone tissue
Diaphysis
is the hollow space inside the diaphysis. It is filled with bone marrow (red/yellow)
medullar cavity
found in the medullar cavity. a thin membrane that lines the internal surfaces of bones. where osteoblast can also be found
Endosteum
a dense fibrous membrane that covers the OUTER surface of bones,
Periosteum
Is roughly the spherical
END of the bone. It is wider than
the shaft.
Epiphysis
Is the part separating diaphysis from epiphysis
