Dry eyes (kerato conjunctivitis sicca)
- in absence of any other autoimmune disease

Dx Triad
A
dry eyes + dry mouth + arthralgia → Sjögren syndrome

Diagnosis:
A
+ve ENA.
Ro (SSA)
La (SS-B) Abs

Treatment:
A
symptomatic for sicca;
- hydroxychloroquine or steroids for arthritis
