A

Primary - occurs in isolation

Secondary: where it occurs related to SLE or Rheumatoid arthritis- develops around 10 yrs after initial onset

  • artificial saliva and tear

  • hydroxychloroquinone to stop disease progression
  • pilocarpine may stimulate saliva production
