someone brought dog in not on record, could have made life easy and ignore, policy is to only talk to someone on file, decided to consult with vet and call owner on file for permission

at aec, someone saying bye to their pet, remained calm and explained everything thoroughly, person very happy at end and compliemnted how kind I was to her in difficult time

- persevering when things are tough (courses-work hard gives good results)
- express thoughts more clearly with teacher who believed in me
