This shows how much effect such little things can go and that we can reach an ideal place

Conclusion part. The reason why the writer put it here is to show and recap what she has been talking about.

Line 40. Tells us that the reader also views others in a single-story meaning that when she looks at the lower class people in Nigeria all she can think of is that they are poor and struggling.
