relativism is letting oneself be tossed here and there, carried about by every wind of doctrine.

makes it difficult for us to perceive the good, true, and beautiful

Temptation of the flesh
being wrapped up in buying the newest technology, obsessing over celebrities, coveting your friends’ possessions or successes, focusing too much on worldly things, viewing pornographic material
Temptation of the eyes
Putting your own opinions ahead of God’s truth, seeking to have power over others, seeking excessive praise, putting others down so you feel better about yourself.
