How do you finish a pick up spring?
On the ball of the foot.
How is a pick up spring done?
Standing on the supporting foot, lift the toe of the working foot, pick up on that foot and spring onto the same foot.
What does a three beat shuffle consist of?
A forward beat, a heel dig and a pick up.
What joints are used in the three beat shuffle?
Mainly the ankle is used, with minimal movement in the knee or hip joints.
What do beat jumps consist of?
A finish with a release jump from the floor followed by forward or backward beats executed by both feet at the same time.
What do you add to a three beat wing to make it a four beat wing?
A heel drop?

Wings executed at the same time on both feet.
What is a syncopated wing?
A double wing with one foot releasing before the other.
What does a treble consist of?
A hop and a shuffle.
How do you commence a treble? Standing on one leg or two legs?
Stand on the supporting leg with the working leg raised ready two commence.
