The five Ks:
- Kara (the bracelet)

Which of the 5 Ks is the BRACELET?
Kara - The bracelet. This reminds Sikhs to follow God. It symbolises God’s infinite nature - he has no beginning and no end.
Which of the 5 Ks is the COMB?
Kanga - The comb. Reminds Sikhs to keep their internal and external life in order, and the God untangles the problems in their lives just like the comb untangles their hair.
Which of the 5 Ks is the UNDERGARMENT?
Kachera - The underwear. Reminds Sikhs to stay chaste (only have sex with their spouse.)
Which of the 5 Ks is the HAIR
Kesh - The hair. Sikhs grow their hair because it they believe it is a gift from God.
Which of the 5 Ks is the KNIFE?
Kirpan - The knife. This reminds Sikhs that they must protect the weak and innocent.
What are the THREE PILLARS of Sikhism?

Define CHANT GOD’S NAME
Chant God’s Name - If Sikhs verbally chant God’s name, they will find themselves internally chanting it too.
Define EARN YOUR LIVING HONESTLY
Earn your Living Honestly - You must not earn money by being violent, lying, killing or exploiting others.
Define SHARE AND CONSUME TOGETHER
Share and Consume Together - Sikhs must give any money they do not need to those who need it. They must also eat together as a community often.

The Gurdwara contains:
- Four doors
- The flag
- The palki
- The chauri

Four doors - these shows that people from all corners of the world are welcome.

The flag - A yellow flag with the Khanda flies above the Gurdwara.

The palki - A raised platform where the Guru Granth Sahib is read.
