Guru Granth Sahib and Sikhs treat it with great respect by carrying it carefully and fanning it. They treat it as if it was royalty.

The Gurdwara.

Langar is a place in every Gurdwara where food is prepared and anyone can eat for free. Also, Sikhs sit on the floor to show equality.

Sewa is an everyday practice which is doing good works like sharing with others.

This is when a Sikh doesn’t cut their hair because they believe it’s a gift from God and they want to take care of it.

A round bracelet which symbolises that God is eternal.
What’s Kangha?
This is a wooden comb which a Sikh uses to brush their hair and this symbolises how God untangles their lives and keeps life in order.
What’s Kachera?
Cotton undergarments which show purity.
What’s Kirpan?
A small sword usually worn under the clothes reminds a Sikh to help other people who are vulnerable and to defend their faith.
