Ballance’s Sign
Constant dullness to percussion of left flank/LUQ and resonance to percussion in the right flank.

Reynolds’ Pentad
- Fever
- Jaundice
- RUQ pain
- AMS
- Shock/sepsis

Virchow’s node
metastatic tumor to left supraclavicular node
classically 2/2 gastric cancer
Trousseau’s sign
carpal spasm after occlusion of blood to the forearm with a BP cuff in a patient with hypocalcemia
Whipple’s Triad
evidence of Insulinoma
- Hypoglycemia
- CNS and vasomotor symptoms (syncope, diaphoresis)
- Symptoms resolve with administration of glucose
