Pericarditis
Pain increase by position, fever, and widespread ST elevations
Calf pain & tenderness

Bundle branch block
Two consecutively conducted beats with equal PR intervals preceding every dropped QRS complex
2nd degree Type 2
inconsistent PR intervals preceding a dropped beat.
