Prehn’s Sign
Differentiates testicular torsion from acute epididymitis.
Negative Prehn's sign indicates no pain relief with lifting the affected testicle, which points towards testicular torsion. Positive Prehn's sign indicates there is pain relief with lifting the affected testicle, which points towards epididymitis.

the presence of an enlarged gallbladder which is nontender and accompanied with mild jaundice the cause is unlikely to be gallstone
