What is the onset of CAP?
A
- Cough with purulent sputum (blood)
- Rigors and fever
- Dyspnoea
- Chest pain (pleuritic, sudden onset)
- Abdominal pain
- Confusion (elderly)

What are the signs of CAP?
A
- High temperature
- Tachypnoea
- Dull percussion
- Bronchial breathing
- Focal crackles
- Mental confusion

What are the clinical symptoms of pneumonia?
A
- Cough - may be dry or productive
- SOB - alveoli becomes full of pus
- Fever
- Chest pain - often pleuritic and worse when coughing
- Confusion
- D+V
- Myalgia and arthralgia

What are the symptoms for TB?
A
- Weight loss
- Night sweats
- Fever
- Cough +/- sputum
- Haemoptysis
- Lymph node enlargement
- Pleuritic pain
