A patient comes in with bilateral lymphadenopathy. Give 3 conditions that you would include in your differential diagnosis?
A
- Local infection e.g. tonsilitis/TB.
- Lymphoma.
- Sarcoidosis.

Give the basic differential diagnosis for dyspnoea
A
6 Ps 1. Pulmonary bronchial constriction (chronic bronchitis) 2. Possible foreign body 3. Pulmonary embolus 4. Pump failure (LHF) 5. Pneumonia 6. Pneumothorax or anxiety with hyperventilation!
