what are the common signs?

A

pallor/ red flush/ jaundice
sweating/ dehydration- (increased thirst/ dry mouth/ swollen tongue)
trembling/ tremors
smell- (breath/ body)
changes in appearance of urine/ faeces
changes in heart rate
changes in breathing rate/ wheezing
rash/ spots
changed blood pressure
changes in sensation
weight gain/ loss
changes in consciousness
changes in mobility
changes in skin/ mucous membranes- (colour/ texture)
changes in body temperature
disorientation

nausea/ vomiting
disorientation
