Spoon glass covex side up layer each ingredient in order as above.

Classic cocktail circa 1952 when vodka was combined with sweet fruit based liquors, and juice.
1.5 vodka
4 oz orange juice
.75 oz Galliano
Glass : highball
Pour vod over ice then spoon in oj, stir, then top with Galliano.

Strong sour sweet. Name origins from Brazil

1-2 tsp. superfine sugar (to taste)
2 oz cachaca

Glass: rox or old fashioned.
Lime and sugar in shaker. Crush muddle. Add cachaca and cubes shake well. Unstrained.

4 oz chilled prosecco

Glass: flute
Purée in bottom of mix slowly pour in prosecco while stirring. No foam. Top with peach liqueur
