alaskan blk cod fillet marinated and broiled in sweet den miso sauce, finished w a hajikami (pickled ginger shoot) to refresh palate

rock shrimp tempura tossed in BPS served on bed of field greens in yuzu dressing and garnished w chives
beef toban yaki
grilled beef tenderloin w garlic puree in a hot ceramic dish, flamed w sake and deglazed w yuzu soy.
