30ml Coffee
30ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Coffee Vodka
30ml Billsons Coffee Liqueur
Pour all into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake very well
For Mocha Martini use 30ml chocolate liqueur instead of billsons coffee liqueur
Double Strain into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
For Mocha Martini garnish with chocolate powder.

Pour into a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake well
Pour into an old-fashioned glass, top up with ice if needed, garnish with dehydrated lime.
Blood Orange Sour
60ml Malfy Blood orange Gin
45ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Egg White
Pour into a cocktail shaker, dry shake, add ice and shake again.
Double strain into a martini glass, garnish with orange slice on edge of glass

Pour all into cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well

30ml fruit tangle syrup
Pour all into cocktail shaker, add ice and shake well
Rim martini glass with salt/sugar rim.
Double strain into martini glass, garnish with fruit tingle lolly

Pour into a cocktail shaker, add ice
Double strain into nosing glass, add watermelon icy pole

45ml turkish delight syrup
Build in glass add ice, stir
Old fashioned glass, garnish with dehydrated orange
