hypersensitivity - anaphylaxis, Steven Johnsons syndrome
photosensitivity

Antibiotic nursing considerations
give on empty stomach
avoid alcohol
accidental pregnancy (cillins and cyclones)
avoid sun
monitor BUN and creatinine
report vertigo and tinnitus
Phenazopyridine
urinary analgesic
can cause yellow sclera and clay colored stools (hepatotoxicity)
