A

Lithium toxicity.
Therapeutic range 0.6-1mmol/l but toxic from 1.2mmol/l

Sluggishness, giddiness, ataxia, gross tremor, fits, renal failure. Polyurea polydipsia, arythmias.
GI disturbances including diarrhoea and vomiting.
