How is it diagnosed?
A
When all other causes are ruled out - need to use a system based approach!!!

Management:
What should be done for all hyponatraemia?
If severe, what type of fluid can be given? Where is this done?
A
Fluid restrict
Hypertonic saline and loop diuretics
In a high dependency unit or ICU
