Too much ADH is secreted leading to water retention and concentrated urine causing hyponatremia

What is the urine sodium and osmo in SIADH
Sodium: >40
Osmo: >100
SIADH treatment plan
Remove underlying cause, fluid restriction (<800mls/day unless SAH then use 3%), salt tabs, loop diuretics, tolvaptan
