Note: An attractive soft wooded perennial with strappy leaves and panicles of delightful small star-like white flowers in late spring/early summer. A very tough plant that will do well in bright shade or in dry shade under trees.

Note: A must in any tropical garden. Large leaves can grow up to 1m in length. Perform best in partial shade with some protection from wind and full sun. Toxic to dogs, cats and horses.

Azaleas have one flower per stem but the shrub produces so many stems that the shrub appears covered in blossoms. Rhododendron flowers grow in round clusters at the ends of branches.

Note: Small cream/white flowers in late Spring and Summer, followed by attractive berries. With a maximum growth of 5 meters, the Dwarf Lilly Pilly is ideal for pruning into a low-med dense hedge or as a windbreak. For the best effect, recommend planting at around 1 meter apart to maintain a compact form.

Note: A dense and compact small shrub that is perfect for rockeries and smaller gardens, whether mass planted for dramatic effect, in small groups or in containers on the patio, verandah or deck. It is frost tolerant, and suits acid to alkaline soils.

Note: A great little plant for coastal gardens, as it likes sandy soils and will resist salty winds. Likes sunny spots, but will also grow in part shade, though flowering will be lessened. It responds beautifully to pruning, and can be shaped for formal uses. Also good in containers. Flowers in late autumn to winter with small white blooms.

Note: A very popular dwarf and naturally compact bottlebrush with dark red flowers and attractive blue-grey foliage. Can be shy to flower but worth growing for the foliage and habit alone. A great rockery, container plant or general garden shrub for small gardens to large scale landscaping.
