Have pt abduct arm to 180. If they have pain between 60-120° that could indicate we have subacromial impingement and/or rotator cuff injury
What’s the difference between effusion and edema?
Effusion is fluid buildup inside the joint space whereas edema is fluid buildup in the tissue
