9 things to look for in shoulder press machine
Five point body contact, grip, no arch and lower back, no lifted hips, seat too low,Hands come below shoulders, and base of neck.tilt head back or try to stand
Seated barbell shoulder press

Bring bar to clavicle, do not lower behind had five point body contact. Spotter has alternated grip
Seated dumbbell shoulder press

Bring barbell to top of shoulders or base of neck, supported bench is ideal. Spotter spots above elbow wrist and forearm
Upright row standing position
Feet shoulder or hip width apart with knees slightly flexed torso erect shoulders held back I was focused ahead.
Upright row
Bottom of sternum or chin, elbow slightly higher than wrist, curled bars are better for wrists and shoulders
Front shoulder raise muscles
Anterior deltoid
Lateral shoulder raise. Muscle
Same as machine
Medial deltoid
Bent over shoulder raise muscle
Posterior deltoid
Barbell shoulder shrug muscle

Front shoulder raise
Feet should width, knees flexed, torso erect, shoulders held back, eyes focused ahead.
Slightly flexed elbow throughout exercise.
Flexion
Lift one at a time unless barbell
Arms parallel to floor and shoulders
Lateral shoulder raise
Feet hip width apart, knees slightly flexed, torso erect, shoulders held back, eyes ahead. Abduction, never turn dumbbells watch that they don’t go above shoulders
Lateral shoulder raise machine
Seat too low five point body contact
Bent over shoulder raise
Feet shoulder width knees slightly flexed, torso slightly above parallel to the floor shoulders back chest out Nick extended back flat focus on floor. Retraction horizontal adduction
Barbell shoulder shrug
Elevation and depression
