Q

demonstrate AP shoulder

A

once i have felt for the inferior scalupa i will place it center of ir and cr entering 1 inch inferior to coracoid process - place the arm falling to the side and explain the 3 rotations and tell her to breather slowly throught the exposures (internal, neutral, external)
