O: external occipital protuberance, occipital bone, nuchal ligament, SP of C7-T12
I: lateral clavicle, acromion, spine of scap
A: elevates, depresses, retracts, upward rotation of scap, extends and lat flexes neck

deltoid
O: lateral clavicle, acromion, spine of scap
I: deltoid tuberosity
A: abducts, flexes, extends, and IR and ER arm

A: extends forearm and shoulder

O: infraspinous fossa of scap

A: ER, HZ abduction and stabilizes shoulder

O: medial clavicle, manubrium, sternal body, ribs and cc, external abdominal oblique aponeurosis
I: Crest of greater tubercle of humerus.
A: Action: Adducts, medially rotates, and transversely adducts arm (shoulder) joint; depresses pectoral (shoulder) girdle at acromioclavicular and sternoclavicular joints.
N: Innervation: Medial and lateral pectoral nerves (C5-T1).
pectoralis minor
O: 3rd-5th rib
I: coracoid process of scap
A: protracts, downwardly rotates scap
N: medial and lateral pectoral nerves (c5-T1)
biceps brachii
O: supraglenoid tubercle of scap, coracoid process of scapula
I: radial tuberosity and antebrachial fascia
A: supinates forearm, flexes arm at elbow, flexion of shoulder
N: musculocutaneous nerve (c5-c6)
serratus anterior
O: external surfaces 1-9 ribs
I: medial border of scap
A: protracts, upward rotation of scap
N: long thoracic nerve (c5-C7)
coracobrachialis
O: coracoid process of scap
I: medial humerus, 3rd
A: adducts and flexes arm at shoulder joint
N: Musculocutaneous nerve (C5-C7).

A: abducts and stabs arm
