Why are shorthaul and LTL shipments called ‘no touch’?
Shorthaul and LTL shipments are called ‘no touch’ because they do not require a Cargomatic employee to be involved. A shorthaul or LTL customer can use Command for the whole life cycle of the shipment: generate a quote, book the shipment, track the progress of the shipment, and payment.
