Verb:to destroy utterly, obliterate

Expendable
Adjective:designed to be use once, then abandoned and destroyed
Sentence: The expendable match went out in seconds.
Correlate
Verb:To have a mutual relationship or connection in which one thing depends on another
Sentence: The y-axis correlates with the x-axis.
Paradox
Noun:Something such as a situation made up of two things that seem impossible but is possible
Sentence: It seemed like a paradox to improve upon the iphone 5 but the iphone 5s proved it wrong.
Delirium
Noun: Sudden severe confusion, delirious
Sentence: The very hard test that the student did not study for left the student delirious.
Resilient
Adjective: able to recoil and bend back into shape after being bent, able to be strong and successful after struggling
Sentence: The Hampton Bays Soccer team was still resilient when they lost to Southampton because the game after they beat Port Jefferson 3-2.
Undulate
Verb: To move in a smooth wave like motion
Sentence: The waves at the beach undulated with the soft wind.
Stagnat
Adjective: Describing Something that isn’t moving, just staying still
Sentence: The stagnant water did not move.
Revoke
Verb: To cancel the power or affect of something
Sentence: The king’s son revoked the king’s power and took over.
