Imputiny

Rheum
a watery fluid that collects in or drips from the nose or eyes.
Implore
to beg urgently or piteously, as for aid or mercy
Perplexed
filled with uncertainty
Insurmountable
not capable of being conquered or vanquished or overcome.
Imperceptible
not perceptible by a sense or by the mind
Conspiratorial
relating to a secret plan to do something bad, illegal, or against someone’s wishes.
Flat Character
a character with little to no complex emotions, personal goals, or personality.
Foreshadowing
a narrative device in which a storyteller gives an advance hint of what is to come later in the story.
Exposition
an element of literature that introduces the key background information of a narrative.
Rising Action
all the events that happen in a story on the way to the climax.
Epigram
a brief, interesting, memorable, sometimes surprising or satirical statement.
Rhetorical Question
a device used to persuade or subtly influence the audience.
Connotation
secondary, implied, or associative meanings and emotions that a word carries beyond its literal definition
Immolation
what happens when something is killed or offered as a sacrifice.
Gesticulation
movements with your hands or arms intended to express something or to emphasize what you are saying
Ambassadorial
a person who represents, speaks for, or advertises a particular organization, group of people, activity, or brand
Unambitious
An unambitious person does not have a strong wish to be successful, powerful, or rich
Stolidly
in a way that is calm and does not show emotion or excitement
Ascendancy
the position of having power or influence over somebody/something.
Tatters
badly damaged or completely spoiled
Static Character
a type of character who remains largely the same throughout the course of the storyline.
Plot
the sequence of events that make up a story, whether it’s told, written, filmed, or sung.
Climax
the most intense, exciting, or emotionally charged point in a narrative
Initial Incident
the moment the protagonist’s world changes in a dramatic way.
Denouement
the point in a story in which the conflict is resolved.
Theme
a central topic, subject, or message within a narrative.
Juxtaposition
placing two things side by side so as to highlight their differences.
Realism
the viewpoint which accords to things which are known or perceived an existence or nature which is independent of whether anyone is thinking about or perceiving them.
Absconded
to go away suddenly and secretly in order to escape from somewhere
Promiscuously
having or involving many sexual partners
Asperity
roughness of manner or of temper
Turpentine
a mixture of oil and resin obtained from pines and some related trees
Insolence
contemptuously rude or impertinent behavior or speech

to scold or correct usually gently or with kindly intent
Round Character
lifelike or complex
Dynamic Character
one who changes and evolves throughout the story.
Characterization
the description and information provided about the characters in a story.
Falling Action
the period of time in a story that follows the climax and leads to the resolution.
Superlative
the adverb or adjective to the greatest degree
Symbolism
a figure of speech in which a person, situation, word, or object is used to represent another thing.
Anti-hero
a protagonist of a drama or narrative who is notably lacking in heroic qualities
