A

Failure of the circulatory system to supply sufficient blood to perpheral tissues to meet basic metabollic requirements for oxygen and nutrients and the incomplete removal of metabollic wastes from the affected tissues.

What is the treatment for sepsis ? Sepsis Bundle?

A
  • Give oxygen to maintain saturation.
  • Take blood cultures and consider source control
  • Give IV abx according to local protocol
  • Start IV fluid resuscitation
  • Monitor hourly urine output
