What are the clinical signs of shock?

A
  • Pale/ dry mucus membranes (bright red in distribute shock)
  • Slow CPT (fast in distribute shock)
  • Weak/ rapid pulse
  • Cold extremities (may be warm to touch in distribute shock)
  • Decreased urine output
  • Reduced level of consciousness
  • Collapse
  • Convulsions
