RTO policy

Guidelines
Reject if thrust loss or takeoff warning that would render the aircraft unflyable

Safer not to reject for EGT or fire without thrust loss.

Tire failure or antiskid failure extremely dangerous

Criteria if high speed defined by Captain, but 80kts

Briefing
Go/no go decision based on go-mindedness
Callout of malfunction with high speed criteria
Review of RTO procedure

Only call malfunction if it requires RTO (not above 80kts)
