How does a hurricane form?

A

When the water is 26.5oC or above and the deapth is 60+m, warn air rises from the water, and moving wind takes its place underneath. This process repaeats, making large thunderclouds, and eventally, a tornado. The spin of the Earth also factors in the direction of the hurricanes spin.
