Q

‘I was very _____ to both of them’

A

‘Rude’ - Sheila abuses her POWER from her CLASS to get Eva sacked , which shows her immature and insecure personality at the start of the play. Towards the end, this changes and she becomes heavily influenced by the inspector . Younger generation (AGE) are more open to change.
Also the fact she acknowledges her mistakes support the fact she regrets her actions.
