What is consent?
Consent are words or overt actions indicating a freely given agreement to the sexual conduct at issue by a competent person.

Define sexual harassment?
Sexual harassment is a form of gender discrimination that involves unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature between the same or opposite genders.
What is sexual assault?
Sexual assault is a crime defined as intentional sexual contact, characterized by the use of force, physical threat, or abuse of authority or when the victim does not or cannot consent.
What is the indirect approach?
This is techniques or options for dealing with sexual harassment; which includes sending a letter to the harasser with the facts, personal feelings about the inappropriate behavior, and expected solution.
What are the categories of sexual harassment?

List other sex related offenses?
Other sex related offenses are defined as all other sexual acts or acts in violation of the UCMJ that do not meet the definition of sexual assault, or the definition of sexual harassment as promulgated in DODD 2350.2.
Provide examples of verbal sexual harassment?
Examples of verbal sexual harassment include sexual jokes, sexually explicit profanity, threats, sexually oriented cadences, or sexual comments; whistling in a suggestive manner; and describing one’s attributes in a sexual manner.
