Atrovent (ipratropium)

A
- Avoid getting this medication into your eyes. It may cause eye pain/irritation, temporary blurred vision, and other vision changes.
- No OTC w/out doc approval
- Allow 5mins before taking another medication to prevent overstimulation
- Teach patient that compliance is necessary with number of inhalations/24 hr, or overdose may occur
