  • notify ECC for back up
  • sf controller will telephone quarters to determine if occupants returned
  • if occupants have NOT returned, SF controller will attempt to contact caretaker
  • if there is no contact with caretaker, TWO SF members (or MWD team) will enter quarters after announcing audibly “security forces entering facility”
  • conduct visual check
  • if everything is in order leave a note for occupant and secure quarters
  • First sergeant or section commander will be notified
  • blotter entry will be accomplished as well as SFFL 26

A

First patrol on scene is on-scene commander untill flight Leadership arrives, ensure 360, challenge and detain all personnel exiting building, prevent individuals from entering, keep ECC advised, make contact with personnel, ascertain status, TWO SF members conduct interior search, maintain 360 until ECC is contacted via direct line

If contact can not be made- two SF members will conduct interior search, challenge all personnel found inside building, ascertain status, use proper use if force IAW AFI 31-117 and initiate hostage/barricade QRC
