Section 1 of the sexual offences act 2003, rape
A person (A) commit rape if he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis and (B) does not consent to the penetration and (A) does not reasonably believe that (B) consents.
Section 74 of the sexual offences act 2003, consent
A person consents if he/she agrees by choice, and has the freedom and capacity to make that choice

Section 2 of the sexual offences act 2003, assault by penetration
A person (A) commits an offence if he or she intentionally penetrates the vagina or anus of another person (B) with a part of his body or anything else and the penetration is sexual
Section 3 of the sexual offences act 2003, sexual assault
A person (A) commits an offence if they intentionally touch another person (B), the touching is sexual, (B) does not consent to the touching and (A) does not reasonably believe that (B) consents.
Section 4 of the sexual offences act 2003, causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent
It is an offence for (A) to intentionally cause another person (B) to engage in sexual activity and (B) does not consent, and (A) does not reasonably believe that (B) consents.
Section 61 of the sexual offences act 2003, administering a substance with intent
A person commits an offence if he, intentionally administers a substance to, or court of substance to be taken by another person
A) knowing that the person does not consent
B) with the intention of stupefying or overpowering that person, so as to enable any person to engage in a sexual activity that involves that person.
