A
- apart from usual intro (name, DoB, introduce yourself, gain consent)
- explain that some of the questions you will need to ask will be sensitive in nature; you may need to ask details about sex and sexual partners
- stress confidentiality

- discharge (urethral/vaginal/rectal)
- dysuria
- swellings/growths/ulcers
- pain (anogenital, pelvic, dysparunia)
- PV bleeding (if female)

Current and recent partners (all partners in last 3 months)
- dates
- male/female
- condom use
- contact type (oral/vaginal/anal)

- sex with men (if male)

- Menstrual Hx (including LMP)
