S44 evidence act

A

1) in a sexual case, no question can be put to the complainant that relates to sexual experiences with a person other than the defendant. Expect with permission of the judge.
2) in a sexual case, no question can be put to the complainant directly or indirectly which relates to her reputation.
3) The judge must not grant permission unless the evidence in question is of direct relevant fact in the proceeding, that it would be contrary to the interests of Justice to exclude it.
