Eve had sex because it was good in itself

Adam and Eve ‘walked’ with God in the Garden of Eden - God = part of foundation of Adam and Eve’s relationship

God said to Eve ‘your desire shall be for your husband and he shall rule over you.’
Sex after the Fall?
sex could no longer be good in itself - must have purpose of reproduction
Men superior?
more important women = virgins before marriage - men = superoir

Incestuous relationship between Lot and his daughter (Genesis 19)
Adulterous relationships?
Adulterous relationship between King David and Bathsheba - consequence = death of her husband, Uriah - David punished, yet it provides the path from which the birth of Jesus would eventually come
