the uterine lining that helps a baby grow. Is shed during menstruation.
Endometrium
the tip or opening of the uterus and opens (dilates) during childbirth.
Cervix
a flexible tube-like passageway where menstrual blood leaves the body, the passageway through which a baby is born (the birth canal.)
Vagina
the releasing of a mature ovum from the ovary each month.
Ovulation
the period of time when menstrual blood (endometrium) is shed.
