What is Sexual Battery?
Unconsensual oral, anal, or vaginal penetration or union with the sexual organ of a person.
What is Physically helpless?
means unconscious, asleep, or for any other reason physically unable to communicate unwillingness to an act.
What is Physically incapacitated?
means bodily impaired or handicapped and substantially limited in ability to resist or flee.
What is aggravated Child Abuse?
Commits aggravated battery on a child
What is Child Abuse?
Intentional infliction of physical or mental injury upon a child
What is Child Neglect?
Failure to provide the basics of food, shelter, clothing, medicine. Or a caregiver’s failure to make a reasonable effort to protect a child from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person.
What is Lewd or Lascivious Battery?
Sexual activity with a child older than 12, but younger than 16.
What is Lewd/Lascivious Molestation?
Intentionally touching the breasts, genitals, or buttocks of a child younger than 16 in a lewd or lascivious manner.
What is Lewd/Lascivious Exhibition?
A person who Intentionally masturbates; Intentionally exposes the genitals in a lewd or lascivious manner.
What is Lewd or lascivious conduct?
Intentionally touches a person under 16 years of age in a lewd or lascivious manner.

What is an Endangered Person?
A missing Child, Missing Adult 25 or younger, who is missing under circumstances that physical safety is in danger.
Amber Alert Criteria?
Child must be under 18 & clear indication of abduction.
Silver Alert Criteria?
60 or older & have clear indication of an irreversible deterioration of intellectual faculties. (Under extraordinary circumstances, age 18-59).
