Where is the spool pin on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
The metal bar at the back of the machine and it hold the thread in place while sewing.

A wheel on the right side of the machine and it moves the thread take-up lever up and down
where is the Light Switch on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
On the right side of the sewing machine, and it turns on your sewing machine.
Where is the Stich Width Control on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is a wheel in the top right side of the sewing machine, and it controls the width of the stitch.
where is the Stitch length control on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
it is on the top right side of the sewing machine and it controls the length/number of stitches per inch.
Where is the Reverse Leaver on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is a spring in the bottom right side that makes the machine sew backward.
Where is the thread guide on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is above where you sew and it guides the thread to the needle.
where is the thread take-up lever on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located near the thread guide and it moves up and down with the needle
Where is the Presser foot lever on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is on the back of the machine (closer to the left than right) and it raises the presser foot.
where is the light on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located above the needle and it illuminates your work.
Where is the thread guide 2 on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located under the light but above the needle and it is the second (out of 3) thread guide.
Where is the presser foot on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located under the needle (looks like a foot) and it holds the fabric in place while sewing.
Where is the feed dog on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located beneath the presser foot and it moves the fabric as you stitch.
Where is the slide plate on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located in front of the throat plate and it secures the lower thread in the bobbin.
Where is the throat plate on the sewing machine image and what does it do?
It is located with the presser foot and feed dog and it has measurements etched into it to help you gauge your sewing.
