Inventory - products sold and deducted from inventory (big items like printers)
Non-inventory - products sold but not tracked in inventory (smaller items like a cord)
Services - sold on time and materials basis (hourly basis)
How can Duration of Service be calculated?
Duration of Service - manually entered on mobile by field agent or derived from elapsed time between work orders
Price Lists can be associated with:
Accounts, Work Orders, Agreements or Products/Services
What Price List is used if a Product has a different Price List than the Work Order?
Work Order Price List takes precedence.
If an item is NOT on the Work Order Price List, then where will the Price come from?

In terms of Field Service, what is a Resource?
Users in the application, equipment used to perform service, 3rd party Account that contracts with your organization, or Contacts.
How can you classify your Resources for better management of Scheduling?
Characteristics (skills, certifications, etc.) or Category Associations can be included. Characteristics are do yo have CRM and how proficient are you at it. Categories indicate whether you are a technician, developer or whatever.
What is Drip Scheduling?
The technicians cannot necessarily see everything that is on their schedule. Just shows you what’s next not the entire schedule. Then, you cannot cherry pick from the options.
