Project could be seen as ineffective to aiding the economic situation of London as the majority of people heading to work are unlikely to cycle, making these additions only positive for leisure purposes furthermore these changes could even be seen as a negative as certain projects such as adding cycle lanes to roads could result in a decrease in road space for cars or busses, increasing congestion
