What are the types of lands including their suitability for settlement?
A
Flat: ease of constructing buildings and infrastructure.
Highlands: steep slopes make construction and transportation difficult.
Coastal areas: nearness to the sea facilities, fishing activities as well as port and trade development.
Swamp areas: land is waterlogged and prone to flooding.
