A person with doctrinaire (inflexibly committed to a theory without regard to its practicality) views can be called a doctrine
Dogmatic
Arrogantly assertive of unproven ideas, stubbornly claiming that something (often a system of beliefs) is a beyond dispute
Dogma
A dogma is a belief. A dogmatic person is stubbornly convinced of his beliefs.

Having to do with household or family; not foreign
